Vikki Tzanetis runs RIOT Squad, the the non-runner running club. Whether you’re a walker or a whippet, RIOT SQUAD is an all inclusive running club for all ages and all abilities. Vicky started the club, using running to help recover from physical and mental illness.

No running experience is necessary.  If the running is simply too much, there is the option to power walk – as long as we get that heart rate up you will still produce endorphins and feel fabulous! Pay as you go or membership options available.
