Engaging Residents in Behaviour Change

There’s been a lot of research into how we can best engage people in behvuiouar change. In summary, the evidence shows that we need to make change “EAST“:

  • Timely

The behaviour change resources on this page were produced by the Bracknell Forest Council Public Health Team.  The videos are based on the the ‘EAST’ approach developed by the Behavioural Insights Team, a social purpose company working in partnership with the Cabinet Office & Nesta.
