Very Brief Advice Training
Smokefreelife Berkshire are pleased to offer CPD-accredited Very Brief Advice (VBA) Stop Smoking Training. This course is designed for individuals who come into contact with smokers and would like to feel confident asking about smoking status, providing brief advice on quitting, and referring individuals to Smokefreelife Berkshire.
The training is delivered as a one-hour session via Microsoft Teams and covers key topics including smoking statistics, the contents of a cigarette, motivation to quit, available therapies and support options, and the 3 A’s approach: Ask, Advise, and Act
Registration for the VBA sessions can be completed via the Microsoft Forms link below and staff will receive a Microsoft Teams invite to join the training.
