Peacock Meadow, Jennetts Park
This is a longer 2 hour figure of eight walk around Jennett’s park and it’s many copses, woodland and grassland meadows. Although the walk is just over 5 miles in length, there is always the option of stopping (or joining) at the half way point, which is the usual meeting place – the delightful Jay Corner Café & Bistro. The walk is in two parts, firstly Jennett’s Hill & the copses – Tarmans, Jennetts Hill & Wykery – then after passing the start point – the open grasses of Peacock Meadow and the ancient Big Wood. We will alternate the order of these two pasts each week
