Are you looking to increase your fitness level or stay active?
We have a range of free exercise classes available. Our friendly, expert staff will support you to take part – no matter what your level of fitness. Just turn up and join in!

Strength & Balance, and Chair Yoga classes
Please note, there will be no Strength & Balance or Chair Yoga classes on the following dates:
- June: 23rd, 26th, 30th June 2026
- July: 17th, 21st, 24th July 2026
- August: 25th August 2026
- September: 1st and 4th September 2026
Tai Chi classes
Please note, there will be no Tai Chi classes on the following dates:
- July: 21st July 2026
- August: 25th and 31st August 2026
- September: 16th, 17th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th, 29th Sept and 30th September 2026
- November: 4th, 6th, 9th, and 10th November 2026
There will also be no classes of any type at Jennetts Park on Tuesday 21st July 2026, Monday 24th August, Tuesday 25th August 2026, Monday 31st August and Tuesday 1st September 2026 as the centre is closed.
