Tai chi
Gentle exercises to improve balance, coordination, and muscle strength.
Please note, there will be no Tai Chi classes on the following dates:
- August 2026: 24th, 25th, and 31st
- September 2026: 1st, 16th, 17th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th, 29th and 30th
- November 2026: 4th, 6th, 9th, and 10th
- December 2026: 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st
- January 2027: 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th
Tai Chi classes resume after the Christmas and New Year holiday period from week commencing 18th of January 2027.
