Stay connected through local activities

During 2024, we enjoyed coffee drop-ins, crafts and exercise classes together! The Stay Connected programme, supported by the social prescribers, is no longer running.

In 2025 and beyond, we hope you will continue to visit these community groups and join in on activities. Below is a small snippet of things you can get involved with over the next couple of months.

Check out the previous Stay Connected programmes for inspiration on activities to try out
(most repeat weekly/fortnightly/monthly – contact the group organiser for details)

Looking to get active? Check out our free exercise classes – multiple locations!

Need a walking buddy? Try one of the Walks for Wellbeing on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
