We are pleased to introduce the newly updated ‘stay connected’ booklet. A fantastic printable resource designed to help residents of Bracknell Forest stay informed, active, and engaged with their local community.

View and download the ‘stay connected’ booklet for spring 2025 (pdf, file size 1MB)

Developed through the ‘stay connected’ programmes in 2023 and 2024, this resource has now evolved into a booklet listing activities for each day of the week. It brings together a wide range of local services, community groups, wellbeing activities, and support networks—all in one place.

What’s included

  • local community groups and clubs
  • Walks for Wellbeing and physical activity sessions
  • support services and social opportunities
  • direct links to the Bracknell Forest community map

Over the past 18 months, the public health social prescribing team has visited many of the featured groups, and we’re proud to say they’ve been consistently welcoming and inclusive.

Need a printed copy?

Printed information will be available at Time Square and in Bracknell Forest libraries, for those who prefer a physical copy or need help accessing the pdf on this site.

We encourage you to explore the booklet, share it with others, and use it as a go-to guide for staying connected in Bracknell Forest.
