CommUnity Expo Summer 2018

CommUnity Expo
events  showcase the growing range of groups and activities around Bracknell Forest.  They are part of our  Warm Welcome Programme and are designed to help people discover local activities that can improve physical or mental health.

Click on the links below to find out more about the groups represented at our latest Summer 2018 Community Expo or watch the video to hear what people said about the event.  We have another planned for Spring 2019!

Why CommUnity Expo?

Because social isolation is a killer. It increases mortality risk by around a third as well as being consistently linked with everything from heart disease to depression and cognitive decline.
